Service

Mobile Lab is a Chrome extension for responsive website testing, frontend QA, screenshot evidence, reproducible QA flows and optional Pro analysis/handoff. Use it only on pages you own or are authorized to inspect and in accordance with applicable site terms and law.

Free Forever

The Free plan provides ongoing core responsive testing without a subscription, including the current Free feature limits displayed in the product. Core Free use does not require an account. We may evolve Free features for security, compatibility or product quality, but the current product strategy is to keep a useful ongoing Free tier rather than a one-time demo.

14-day Pro trial

After a successful test, an eligible user may request one 14-day Pro trial using a verified email and device-bound entitlement. No card is required, no payment method is collected by Mobile Lab for the trial, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When it expires, the extension falls back to the Free tier. Trial eligibility is limited to prevent repeated trial abuse.

Pro subscription

For new v2 subscribers, the current list price is USD 7.90 per month or USD 59 per year. Existing subscribers may remain on a grandfathered price. The exact amount, currency, taxes, discounts and promotion codes are shown before checkout. Individual Pro is licensed to one user/email and currently allows up to two active personal browser installations, with device revoke/replace controls.

Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. Stripe, not the extension, processes card details. Starting the no-card trial does not create a Stripe subscription.

Plan changes and grandfathered subscriptions

Existing paid subscribers are not silently repriced by the v2 launch. Monthly-to-yearly or yearly-to-monthly changes may move a subscriber to the currently offered plan price; Mobile Lab shows a Stripe-authoritative preview or effective date before confirmation. Yearly-to-monthly changes are normally scheduled for the end of the annual term.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Unless Stripe or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. Local data that remains within Free limits can continue to be used after downgrade.

Refunds

The first paid charge is eligible for a 7-day money-back request under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law and abuse/fraud review. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Availability and limitations

Mobile Lab assists Chromium-based browser QA but does not guarantee identical behavior on every physical device, Safari/WebKit, operating system or third-party website. Device-frame artwork is visual context; verified CSS viewport/runtime data is the testing authority where available.

Account and security

Pro/trial access is bound to authorized installations. You are responsible for access to your billing/trial email and devices. We may suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security compromise or unauthorized sharing.
